The combination therapy of Imprime PGG®, alemtuzumab (Campath®) and rituximab (Rituxan®) are being evaluated in a Phase I/II clinical trial. The trial includes a Phase I dose escalation study dosing up to 16 patients and a Phase II study of 39 patients receiving the combination therapy.
